SPHC Charity Concert 2025
In collaboration with the Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care, we held a charity concert with a diverse set of repertoire catering for audiences and donors from different background. A total of 20,000 HKD was successfully raised for the Jockey Club Home for Hospice.

Italy Tour 2025 – Concert #3 at Florence
Invited by Comune di Firenze (the City Government of Florence), we had our third concert at the Loggia dei Lanzi, which has been an assembly point of the city since the 14th century.

Italy Tour 2025 – Concert #1 at Volterra
As the first concert of our Italy tour 2025, we gave our first full open-air concert at the walled mountaintop town of Volterra, as a part of the local summer festival.

Lecture Recital on Sibelius’s En saga
Supported by the HKU Department of Music, our Music Director, Mr. Kelvin Wan, gave a lecture recital on Sibelius’s lessor-known symphonic poem, En saga. Audiences were guided through the fascinating stories, myths, and identities behind this remarkable work.

The Nutcracker – A Christmas Musical
As a part of our outreach programme, a musical has been held in collaboration with Jonathan Innovative English Kindergarten. We provided technical, theatrical and musical training and assistance to the school.

Ishin-Denshin – Symphonic Instru(mentality) Project
In collaboration with HKU Orchestra, HKU Choir, Medical Musicians HK, Hong Kong Doujin Philharmonia and HKUMed, the concert aims to promote mental health.

Tour Winner’s Concert
After winning the first place in the Symphony Orchestra Category of the SCL Festival, an extra concert was held at the Große Saal, Konzerhaus, Vienna on 9/7/2024.

Experimental Open-Air Concert
Experimental open-air in collaboration with OJPA ( The Youth Orchestra of Alicante Province, Spain). This is a trial concert for the official celebration of Strauss 2025 hosted by the Vienna City Government.

Italy Tour 2025 – Concert #4 at Polpenazze del Garda
The only concert held outside of the Tuscany region, invited by Comune di Polpenazze del Garda. The Mayor of Polpenazze del Garda attended the concert and presented us with a pennant.

Amicis Sinfonia x Good Health Anglo – Chinese Kindergarten: Melodies of Gratitude
In collaboration with the Good Health Early Childhood Education Group, we have held a programme with a focus on music education. We performed alongside students with instrumental abilities and the school choir, while also performed demonstrative performances with classical pieces, including Mozart Clarinet Concerto.

Spring Concert 2025 – Tales and Tunes
The first concert of season 2025 with a storytelling-themed programme. The concert opens with Sibelius’ En Saga, a vivid tone poem of Nordic mystery, followed by the grand Prelude to Wagner’s Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg. Chamber ensembles formed by our members then take the stage, presenting works ranging from Dvořák’s “American” Quartet to Ewald’s brass quintet, revealing music’s power to narrate tales both bold and delicate.
